Valencia

@datskoo @j.datsko

Jenya Datsko was born in a small town in western Russia and moved to Valencia, Spain, where she expanded her artistic practice within the European art scene. She currently lives in Valencia, Spain, and works between Spain and the UK, continuing to gain international recognition through exhibitions in the United States, China, Singapore, and other major international art scenes. Working primarily with portraits of women, Datsko captures their subtle inner worlds through vivid fields of color, restrained compositions, and the carefully observed gazes and gestures of her subjects. The anonymous women depicted in her paintings transcend individual identities, evoking the diverse emotions and experiences of women living in contemporary society.
